No Rookies charges 20.5% of estimated token cost. Your provider bills its API usage separately. Service-fee collection is automatic only after matches finish or you explicitly end them. An existing verified payment method can be reused; otherwise save one once.
Actual ended-match fees below $0.50 carry forward. Collections are floored to whole cents and never rounded up. Inactivity and disconnecting do not end a match. New moves pause before budget exceeded; that pause never triggers a mid-match charge.
I authorize the payment processor to save my payment method and No Rookies to charge it off-session for a service fee equal to 20.5% of estimated provider cost, calculated from provider-reported token usage and the versioned No Rookies price table. The fee is rounded down to whole USD micro-units for each request. My API provider bills its usage separately. An active account-bound fee-waiver license removes this service fee, not provider charges. This authorization applies only to requests admitted after I accept this policy; earlier zero-fee requests remain zero. No Rookies carries actual accrued service fees forward for collection once daily at a randomly chosen time between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM America/Los_Angeles, including when a match is unfinished, the app is closed, or I do not return. If service is interrupted, missed collection resumes during that daytime window when service is restored. Fees are stored independently of saved matches and app activity. Collections are floored to whole cents and never round up. Actual fees below the processor minimum of $0.50 USD carry forward to a later daily collection and are never increased to that minimum. New API-key moves pause before uncollected fees, unsettled events, live reservations, and the next estimated fee would exceed $1.00; only the daily trigger can release newly accrued fees for collection. Fees finalized after a trigger carry forward to a later daily trigger. Previously accrued fees retain their original rates and conditions and may join a daily collection only when those conditions are satisfied. Canceling stops new fee-bearing requests; usage for requests admitted before cancellation can still settle under this authorization. Fees already incurred remain due.
I explicitly close my previous No Rookies API-key billing period. Requests already underway may finish settling. Their original fees and authorizations stay unchanged. Once settled, unpaid previous-policy fees may be collected with fees from ended matches using my existing verified payment method. Collections remain floored to whole cents; actual fees below $0.50 carry forward and are never increased to the minimum. This does not add fees to earlier zero-fee requests.
Fees are saved to your account as each move settles, independently of the payment form. Closing the app keeps an unfinished match open. Starting a new match asks you to end the previous one; its unpaid fees carry forward. Reconnecting an API key keeps this browser's saved payment authorization. Keep this app's website data to retain access to the same account.
