Email support@deviantdata.net. Include the app version, browser and operating system, the action that failed, and the exact visible error. Do not send provider credentials, access tokens, payment-card data, or private match exports.
Load And Resume A Saved Match
Keep up to 100 saved matches. Select Load, then Resume once ready. Replay closes; missing-key or payment-setup instructions appear if needed. The original record remains preserved, and loading it does not repeat previous charges.
Matches resume from the last saved board. Starting from an earlier position is not supported. Earlier positions remain available for replay. A match whose last board is checkmate or stalemate cannot resume.
Saved-Match Storage
No Rookies keeps up to 100 saved matches in the current browser or app storage. Once the limit is exceeded, the oldest records are removed. Export anything you want to keep beyond that limit or independently of this device. Clearing site data removes local records. Exported files remain under your control and must be deleted separately.
Daily Service-Fee Collection
Service fees accumulate as usage is recorded. Eligible fees are collected at most once per day. Collection works while the app is closed.
Amounts below $0.50 carry forward. Collections are rounded down to whole cents, with the remainder retained. New API-key moves may pause when outstanding fees and the next request would exceed the existing $1 limit; this does not cause an early charge. Failed or unconfirmed payments may require billing recovery.
Deleting saved matches, clearing app data, disconnecting an API key, or not returning to the app does not erase accrued fees. Your API provider bills its usage separately. Your bank or payment processor may send its own notifications.
Model Relay
The Archive panel shows whether match history is synchronized or waiting for its original relay account. Offline history remains queued across reopening and new matches. Reconnect the original account to resume; no match export is needed once synchronization succeeds. If storage is full or history cannot synchronize, preserve a match export before clearing browser data.
The relay is optional. A relay failure does not change chess authority: returned moves are validated locally before they can affect the board. For billing questions, include the invoice or order identifier and the match timestamp, but not a secret or full authentication token.
Account And Data Deletion
Use the authenticated account-deletion control when available, or contact support from the account email. Relay credentials are revoked, retained account data is deleted or legally restricted, and billing records required for tax, fraud, refunds, or disputes are retained only for their required period.

DeviantData aims to acknowledge support and deletion requests within two business days. Security reports should be marked Security in the subject line.
