Email support@deviantdata.net. Include the app version, browser and operating system, the action that failed, and the exact visible error. Do not send provider credentials, access tokens, payment-card data, or private match exports.
Local Data
No Rookies stores cached matches in the current browser. Clearing site data removes that cache. Files exported to a chosen folder remain under the user's control and must be deleted separately.
Model Relay
The relay is optional. A relay failure does not change chess authority: returned moves are validated locally before they can affect the board. For billing questions, include the invoice or order identifier and the match timestamp, but not a secret or full authentication token.
Account And Data Deletion
Use the authenticated account-deletion control when available, or contact support from the account email. Relay credentials are revoked, retained account data is deleted or legally restricted, and billing records required for tax, fraud, refunds, or disputes are retained only for their required period.

DeviantData aims to acknowledge support and deletion requests within two business days. Security reports should be marked Security in the subject line.
